Camp Bethel hires approximately 20 summer staff each year that are generally recent graduates of high school.  We also have a Counselor in Training (CIT) program for future staffers that can work for two to three weeks during the summer.  CIT's generally need to be passed their Jr. year of High School.  Regardless of your talents, you may be a good fit for our staff.  Positions include counselors, maintenance crew, office or other support staff.  Please prayerfully consider joining our staff.
